Ingredients

    Directions

Here's the short and sweet step by step recipe!

    Step1

In a small mixing bowl, add in the cornflour, agar agar powder and 1 tbsp of milk. Then whisk them all together until there are no lumps. This is so it all combines evenly in the larger quantity of milk

    Step2

On a low-medium heat add all of the ingredients into a large saucepan. Continuously whisk the mixture so it combines well and nothing burns at the bottom and sides.

    Step3

Bring the milk to a boil and continuously stir to prevent any burning. This will make your life easier too when it comes to the washing up :)

    Step4

Pour the mixture into your preferred container or dish and then set it aside to cool. Once it is mostly cool, place it flat into your refrigerator. It should take around 40 mins to set but it depends on your fridge. Just have a feel of it and see if it needs more time! Pop it out the mould and enjoy! You can serve with berries, fruits, crushed biscuits and nuts, chocolate sauce and there are so many other possibilities!

    Ruky Tip
You can mix and match different flavours or even colours to make it that little bit different every time!!

    Conclusion

    Serve and Enjoy!

Hello, I’m planning on trying this recipe this evening. If change the flavour, how much flavouring would I need to add?

        Hi, thanks for the comment.
You would put around 1/2 if it’s and essence depending on how strong you want the flavour to be. You can also use something like mango pulp in the milk, you would add approx 1/2 a cup of this.
        Hope that helps
