Chicken Chilli Roll Filling

    First, marinate the Chicken

    Step 1

    In the chicken, add in the Garlic, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli, salt, Cumin powder and black pepper

    Step 2

    Mix it well and place the marinated chicken in a cooker. Cover the lid on high heat. While the chicken is cooking prepare the Filling

    Step 3

    In a large pan, add in the Oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt not simmer.

    Step 4

    Once the butter has melted add in the carrots, stir and then add in the cabbage and stir well.

    Step 5

    Allow to cook for 2 minutes then add in the peppers, Cumin powder, red food colouring and salt to taste.

    Step 6

    Mix it all well and allow to cook for a few minutes.

    Step 7

    Prepare the chicken.

    Step 8

    Once the chicken is cooked, break it into small pieces then add it into the filling

    Step 9

    Add in a handful of chopped coriander and the Grated Cheese. Mix it all well.

    Step 10

    Butter the inside of the hot dogs well. Add in the filling and top it with cheese.

    Step 11

    Bake in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.

    Ruky Tip
    Don't leave the hot dogs in the oven for too long as the hot dog buns will get hard.
