Everybody loves some baked beans out the tin. They’re easy to whip up but with a little indian twist it tastes ten times better!
Beans are a great source of fiber so they are a great food to eat to start off your day. Turn a plain can of beans into something absolutely delicious with our easy simple recipe that just take 15 minutes to make!

Here's the step by step recipe for our breakfast beans
In a wide pan on a high heat, pour in the oil and add in the whole cumin seeds. Let these simmer 2 minutes and then add in the onions. Let the onions saute for 5 minutes. They should go translucent Ruky Tip- We always recommend using a wide pan because it makes it so much easier to incorporate all the ingredients evenly
Then add the ginger garlic paste and the salt, mix well
After a minute, add in the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Let the spices cook through for around a minute and then add in the blended tomato
Stir well and let the tomatoes cook with the lid on for 5 minutes. Then add in the beans and stir it all together. Cover the pan one last time for about 2 minutes
Conclusion
Garnish with some coriander and enjoy with some roti!
