Here's the step by step recipe

Step 1

In a wide pan, pour in the oil and let it heat up on high flame. Then add in the onions and stir. Shortly after the onions, add in the potatoes.

Step 2

Add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt. Cook the spices for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the chopped tomatoes and chopped green chillies. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Cover the lid and allow the potatoes to cook for 5 minutes. Remember to stir in between. Check if the potatoes are cooked. Tip - Chop them into thin slices so they cook faster.

Step 5

Add the eggs and stir until well incorporated. Serve hot with chapattis.
