Step1
In a large bowl, whip the double cream to soft peaks. They should be slightly floppy but still hold their shape! We always recommend using a large bowl because it makes it so much easier to evenly combine all of the ingredients!
Step2
Add in the rest of the ingredients and fold them in. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed
Step3
Pour the mixture into your desired container, we recommend that it is freezer proof!
Step4
Freeze 6 hours, preferably overnight
Conclusion
Scoop out and enjoy with a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
